Can I return my Wild Republic Webstore purchases?
Yes. You can return change of mind returns within 30 days of receiving your Wild Republic delivery. To request a return, please email onlinestoreaustralia@wildrepublic.com with your order details, reason for return and images of the item in the original condition.
Note: Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
What type of toy safety testing does Wild Republic perform on its products?
Our toys go through the following safety tests during the design and production phases:
- Seam pull and tension strength
- Small parts and ball sizes
- Cord lengths
- Plastic bags and plastic sheeting thickness
- Sharp edges and sharp points
- Eye pull resistance

Can I use a promotion code for items that are on sale?
Promotional code discounts are applicable for a one-time use and cannot be combined with sale items. When orders contain both non-sale and sale items, the promotional code discount will be applied to non-sale items only.
