Change of mind returns

Not what you expected? Wild Republic will accept return of goods providing they are in the original condition. This includes all tags, labels and non-damaged condition.

To request a return, please email onlinestoreaustralia@wildrepublic.com with your order details, reason for return and images of the item in the original condition.

Refunds excluding original shipping charges, will be processed once the goods are returned to Wild Republic Australasia.

Returns lost in transit

Wild Republic Australasia is not liable for any returns lost in transit.

Please ensure you keep you tracking number in a safe location and contact the shipping company for any descrepancies.

Faulty products

If an item received is faulty, we will gladly send a replacement or refund.

Please contact onlinestoreaustralia@wildrepublic.com within 7 days of receiving the goods to raise a faulty claim.
